Cool and good luck. For reference, my 140 hp fx topped out at 51 and the 160 hp at 59. The 140 used to accelerate smoothly from the idle whereas the 160 almost jumps out of the water.
If the vx came with a security system it would come with two jey fobs/remotes to enable the secuity system and learning/valet mode.

When i had work done on my 140hp fx both of the shops i took it to said they were looking for 130 to 140 psi And that the pressure between all the cylingers is close to the same. I have close to 400 hours on the 160 and its still going strong. I would buy another with the same engine in a heartbeat.

It's the 110 hp motors that are in the 210 boats.

Specs for the ski can be found here. . . . . Can anyone tell me what the PSI should read when conducting the compression testing?

According to the participants of the following thread the compression should be 164 to 200 psi with up to a 10% variance between the cylinders. This is for a 2005 VX 110, if the 2011's use the same 110 hp motor ....

So does anyone know, if in NY jetskis have a stand alone title? Or do they just get a transferable registration?

I assume that the state treats jetskis the same way it does boats.

Found out in NY, watercraft under 14' have transferable registration only. No title.

Anyone know what the spark plug part# is for this motor? 2011 VX Deluxe 110? Also oil / filter needed?
