Hi guys I'm looking to see if anyone can recommend someone either from the forums or elsewhere to do my amp and sub install for my ar190. Want someone thats fair and honest and does good work. Would be willing to pay someone from here as well. I just don't feel comfortable tackling this by myself.

AVC marine they are right off PIB just south of Lanier islands parkway

Where are you located? I have cut plenty of holes into my boat if it's only a sub and amp should be pretty easy

Classic84 marine is also another guy I have seen work and looks good/well put together

Im down near braselton in Auburn about 10 min from Flowery Branch. I called them and waiting on a quote so thanks for that!. Yeah I'm looking to replace the stock speakers add a sub and the amps and the wiring is what scares me the most lol

I am in jefferson... work all around gwinnett/hall/barrow county. If need pest control let me know (own my own company) also easier to get free time when I'm "working"

I do use all good right now but I'm always willing to shop around!

Okay last weekend we got drowned up in music by the boat next to us at the island. I said to my wife that we need more speakers and she was pretty pissed at the neighbors and said go for it.

Now have to think about whether to take it in or do it myself. I'll probably replace the sub and at least the transom speakers. Probably replace the tower speakers and add some cabin speakers. And an Amp.

Make sure to get swivel mount tower speakers to blast your music their direction.

At 30 feet distance JL m880s are solid at 60ft they can be heard but not solid. By comparison WS rev 10s are still pretty solid at 60 ft but need more power and the highs are a bit harsher out of a horn. I went with m880s to not tick off the folks in the coves we wakeboard and surf in as bad. This all over tow rpm engine noise. Engines off and the JLs are plenty loud.

I got the M880s and love them from the tower but I can defnintely say a JL audio setup with a sub and 2 amps in my boat is PLENTY LOUD during cruising too

Time to open up that wallet! I got the bug like you, and thousands of dollars later the stereo sounded kick ass!
