New member Las Vegas area, looking for family boat

Hello!

I'm looking at Yamaha jet boats, 24 or 27ft models and I'm new to the Vegas area as well but love Lake Mead.

Rumors are that a 25ft boat is coming from Yamaha! So be on the lookout in the next couple of weeks.....Mead is a great lake! We'll be there next week with our jet ski.

Any advice on dry docks or slips for Lake Mead area? Looked like Storage Info was basically the only game in town?

Sorry...I'm out of L.A. and we trailer our toys out there, so no good answers for you. Most of our boating is at Lake Mohave and Havasu. We have only recently starting heading to Mead.

I don't know why but it never even occurred to me to travel to lakes in CA, I need to check that out.

I wasn't trying to suggest trailering to CA. We live and store our toys in L.A. We trailer from L.A. to Lake Mead, so I don't have any storage ideas for you....There are some lakes in Central and Northern California that are decent, but to me, it's way better boating at Mead/Mohave/Havasu.
