New Spare Tire Bracket and Jack...plus moved it around....

Thanks @Julian just bought the jack myself, can't beat the prices
My thought exactly! Works smoothly, has better extension than the OEM....and I can by three of them for the price of a Fulton....

Every time I use the new jack I wonder why I didn't replace the OEM one sooner!!!! This is because the OEM one didn't retract far enough for me to get it swung into place easily where I park (a slight hump), so I'd have to lift the boat while twisting the jack into place. DUH....just get a jack that retracts further...like this one! No more lifting....plus it is so much smoother and easier to crank!

The old jack on the boat was getting really hard to move and the bracket for my spare tire snapped in half! So off to Northern Tool I went and bought a new one of each.

I bought this spare tire mount:

Which has an very clever locking mechanism for the tire.

And I bought this jack:

Both work very well and cost me a total of $69 out the door! WOOT! The jack goes much lower than the stock one, which is really nice as the place I park my boat at home has a slight hump, and was always a pain to get the stand rotated into its locking position to unhook the trailer.

I also decided to swap the sides that the jack and spare are on. This way the spare covers up the old jack stand mounting bracket, and the jack stand is on the side nearest my house...and the tire cover will be more visible! :)

Thanks Julian but our trailer are difrent then ours we have on the FSH trailer to pivot the tire mout that way when we load the boat we dont hit the tire.
Thanks for sharing yours

I would like to upgrade to this jack also...looks great!
I have cement slabs for the tires, which raises the stern when I park, so I have a lot of cranking to do every time I disconnect to level the boat out. My boat is in storage...anyone have the dimensions on the OEM factory jack? Just checking to see if it extends and retracts the same or more. Thanks for the links. I'm going to order one of those spare tire covers...looks sharp!
