Normal water in center storage area?

On the swim deck. Open up the hinged panel. Inside there is a large panel that is screwed down. In thst large panel is the cleanout port and a small snap in port. I removed the lrg screwd in panel, doubled the number of mounting screws and added fresh silicone. Also silicone the small drain
Since i did that ,no more water in tge ski locker.

In the center of the cockpit (between the captains chair and the engine doghouse) under your snap in carpet, there is a large hatch screwed in. If you remove that hatch that gives you access to the fuel tank and bilge. Not much access, but access.
I think he is actually talking about the large panel in the swim platform. That one is under the hatch where the clean out plug is located. Water flows under the hatch when you come to a stop and it if is not sealed well it will leak. There is a drain in there which you should check as well.
