  • Guest, we are pleased to announce that Hydrophase Ridesteady is offering an extra $100 off for JETBOATERS.NET members on any Ridesteady for Yamaha Speed Control system purchased through March 7th, 2025. Ridesteady is a speed control system (“cruise control”) that uses GPS satellites or engine RPM to keep your boat at the set speed you choose. Put me in the dark side category :)

We really loved our 242 for hanging out in the rear lounge area! That being said it is really nice to set the cruise to 10.7 and riding a wave all day long!

My wife didn't care for the rear of the Yamaha's. I thought and still think they are pretty damn nice. She loves to layout and wanted a Sun Pad REALLY bad. It was the easiest sell of the new boat ;) Now that we have it, I am digging the large sun pad. Of course it doesn't hurt what's underneath it :D

So @CFD3Captain , have you made the decision to join us at Shelbyville this year, would love to check out your Mondo, and swap surf tales.

I don't think its in the cards (again) this year :( But let me look and who knows......maybe I will see if we can make it work. It just abuts our annual Lake Norman trip and the wife loves it there. It's hard to get her on board with something new that is so far away.

Think of all of the new friends that both of you will meet though!!!
