We won’t make it to Kerr this weekend but we will be out on Jordan on Sunday.

Never made it out this weekend..... won't be around for a couple weeks. Gonna try and plan something up to Kerr next month.... I hope
Prepping for Bimini here!!!!
Go with the 252! That's also on my bucket list of trips, however if my wife said I could get a surf boat I'd gladly forego that trip in lieu of that.Wife and I hope to do that trip in the coming years, but we may be getting a larger boat first. Love our 195, but considering an upgrade next season to the 210 or 252/255 FSH.

Nice to use regular, but also less moving parts. Getting premium in places like bimini I've heard isn't exactly easy. Also these things are thirsty.....can't imagine 2 supercharged motors. The 252 FSH is definitely a little bit of a savings over the 255. I'll miss those 50+ mph jolts though since the 252 is slower than my 195 or the 255. But, would be nice to use regular fuel.
Can you drop a pin on this ramp? I’m in Jacksonville but never tried launching at EI. Thanks! The channel is marked really well. It does zig zag a bit leaving the main lane into the ramp, but was well marked. We came back right at low tide and had no issues at all. There was other boat traffic, but nothing unmanageable.
Yeah, it has been busier that usual. My wife was on a trip, so my son and I decided to go out late Sunday and have dinner on the boat. I expected the parking lot to be mostly empty. Wrong! Even coming back close to 8 pm there were plenty of people out. Rode out near the dam and anchored. Watched a guy burn 100 bucks worth of gas driving wide open in circles.Went out to Jordan Saturday afternoon for a few hours. Launched at New Hope this time and it was fairly busy. Especially busy when we pulled back in.
I saw this too, very concerning. My first thought before I saw they were attributing it to algae, was just pollution. I haven't used that ramp in close to 10 years, but there is no public restroom there. Since the ramp is free, it gets a ton of action from boat and jetskis. It must have been terrible for those people to watch their dog die like that.We were also out on Sunday, from ebenezer this time. Saw this troubling news from Jordan this morning:
