Greetings from Nashville JB friends – after a 2 year sabbatical from Boat's, PWC’s and Harley’s we jumped back in by purchasing a 242X during the Nashville Boat Show.......and she finally arrived. Haven’t yet launched due flooded lake conditions and a significant amount of debris, but hopefully will be in the water soon shortly after installing new bunk carpet on the lift.

This site and the wonderful community of members has and will continue to be the best source of information, and humor, bar none. The tips, tricks and mods have already proven to be invaluable and expensive according to my running spreadsheet of “I Need or Must Do” items.

Many thanks,
Les

Congratulations and that’s one good looking sled Santa!!

Congratulations, she's a real beauty!

Congrats and welcome back!!

Very Nice, Congrats!!

glad to have you on board!

Congrats! You picked the best model boat....not that I'm biased or anything!

So what is on your mod list? Being a member here can get expensive......Mod Envy!
Well, after seeing the Seadek adds you recently did to your ride it's definitely on the list (thanks for sharing BTW). I'll be adding a keel guard, bow roller, black billet pissers, CobraJet Super Magnum AK-19 - Steering Kit (I've been watching the progress of JBP TV Wake's, but I wanted something now), a few head compartment mods, and maybe a window tint and underwater transom lighting. I need to be careful that I don't find myself tweaking on the boat more than playing with the family.

Congrats! Great looking boat!
