Sarasota here and (hopefully) a new boat owner

Hey all! Ive been lurking this fourum for probably a year. I recently relocated to Sarasota from the Chicago burbs. Im going to look at (and buy if its as advertised) a 2006 SX230 tomorrow. Plenty of stupid questions to come. Wish me luck!

Good luck! I moved south from Chicago 8 years ago (lived in Chicago, Evanston, Wilmette, Lake Forest, Gurnee, Wheeling--and worked in the N. & NW burbs).....wish I'd moved south sooner!

@Amar Nanduri its gorgeous and it looks like a steal, but im looking to stay about $15k for a year. After that if I boat as much as I think I will Ill upgrade to something like yours.

@ItsMike1 Welcome to the boards (these guys are great, very helpful and at times funny) and to the suncoast of FLA we live in Parrish about 30 mins north of you its a great year round boating experience down here.
