I saw this advertisement for a paint used to repair leather and vinyl furniture. They claim it works on boat cushions. You can paint your entire cushion a different color or mend a rip without altering the current color. I think something like this has been posted before for dry rot or molded seats but not sure it was posted to repair rips so thought I would just mention it at least.
