There are fasteners hidden under the sound insulation. I think I have pics of here when I did my walk thru conversion. I also think @swatski has some pics showing where the threads are exactly. You can feel them if you press on the sound deadening material. There are I think 2 nuts per side (4 in total) but can't remember exactly since its been a while.

Edit - check this thread out and you will see where the nuts are positioned on the underside of the stock cushion in one of those pics in this thread https://jetboaters.net/threads/ar-192-walk-through.16422/#post-282442

As for the stain try the MaryKate Ultra vinyl cleaner. It worked wonders for me getting asphalt and roof shingle material that was caked on my seat from a roof install. Sunlight should eventually take it out though.

Wow. That cleaner did an amazing job!

Where did you get the cloth with the different sides?

Yea it worked wonders for the seat! It's my go-to cleaner for the boat upholstery.

I bought the double sided cloth from Oreilly's I believe. Works great having a coarse side and microfiber side.

Thank you, I will give it a try

It really does make for a great cleaner IMO. I'm sure there are other great products out there but this one was recommended to me by an older bass fisherman. I figured who else would know better to clean the boat up than someone who deals with fish guts, piss and blood on their outings :D

Here's another vid just using it as a maintenance cleaner. It smells good too.

Like others said, Sunlight.
If you can't remove the seat maybe you can reposition your trailer that is if it's on a trailer.
