Slingshot coaster ding repair?

Anyone patched a dent/cut in a slingshot coaster? Trying to get a repair kit here before my trip next week. I grew up with foam core fiberglass ocean surfboards and patched a ton of those. Looking at kits it appears they're epoxy or fiberglass/foam specific.
