FYI.
for those of you who live in California and purchase products from airhead or sportsstuff, they will not ship parts to or accept payments from CA. That’s a big fail in my opinion. I will send my money elsewhere. That’s a bit of crappy service.

Strange. I wonder why.

I’m betting that they don’t comply with the CommieFornia health regulations.

Ok agreed. Then how can they sell the original product there? A booster ball needing one single rope. Agreed with the nanny regulations here, but not much better/worse than my home state of Illinois, AKA (crook county).

You can also buy it fine from other etailers. I have that same booster ball here in CA. Can't remember where it was bought from though.

I bought the booster ball on amazon. But according to the sportsstuff website, they are the ONLY source for parts. Seems kinda COMMIE to me, and THEY have issue with CA.

The only source for parts. There should be a disclaimer with their products.

So you can buy the complete product but not parts? Very interested in hearing why... that is strange!

May have to do with Prop 65. It basically affects all consumer products entering CA. It's a very annoying cash grab attempt that CA runs.

BUT, they sell original products here in CA. Wtf is the difference? Well, I ordered the parts, but for state I put Colorado, not CA. However I placed the proper zip code of 95630. We’ll see if it makes it here. Usually postal code is used not the state. We’ll see.

If you need somebody to receive the part in another state then ship it to you, let us know.

Yeah...doesn't everything sold in CA need to have that on the packaging? I'm guessing companies that sell parts for their products don't want to have to put that on every part they sell (wonder if there is a "certification process"), so the easy solution is....we ain't shipping parts to CA! Hurts CA consumers....one would assume that if there are enough complaints CA would adjust the law. But that might create a nice loophole on how to get around the original law!

Pretty much. The Prop 65 is a BS catch all they are trying to make to generate lawsuits and money. Trust me they won't back down lol. It's Commiefornia. A manufacturer with a distribution network can pass the responsibility of labeling down to its distributors but that costs them a lot of money. Like in the millions annually just to label prop 65. Not to mention no one wants their product to have a cancer statement on it when in reality it's not called for with normal use of the product. It's just a money grab theiy're after to generate lawsuits and settlements.

So yesterday I got the email with tracking number. Ups self corrected the state to CA. It says it should be delivered here Friday. It’s a love /hate relationship I have with CA, cool landscape, redundantly redundant laws/regulation, and some nutty people. Today it looks like a win for me and a way to ship parts.

Just wait now the state is going to come after you for smuggling hazardous goods in, lol.

All jokes aside, glad you got it figured out.

Sheeeeeet, buzz kill. Oh no. Seriously might. Reading this as I watch the folsom lake sunset after a day of fantastic wakeboard sessions.
