Stereo decks with 24 bit d/a converter

I am always amazed at how much better decks can reproduce music with a 24 bit d/a converter. I just tossed the jbl in my 230 and replaced it with a cheap jvc. Bluetooth usb and flac are nice features. Huge improvement in sound quality from an $80 deck. The additional power output is very noticeable. Cam.

This is kind of late seeing this was posted two years ago but I have the same boat and was interested in replacing the JBL head unit as well. What model JVC did you use? Did the rear deck mounted remote work with it?
