Stiff Steering and Throttles

Thanks I bought the sockets I need so I got my weekend job cut out for me. Thanks for all the info this site is amazing, I actually doubt there is any other boating site with so much detailed knowledge..
 
@Seadeals what is going on with your exhaust water outlet 2" above your steering cable? looks plugged ...mud dobbers?

That is silicone that oozed out from the factory install of the mount plate (both pump plates are that way). It is not used on the 1052cc (at least in 06). There are no hoses to it on the inside.
