Not sure where to ask this, but I have a 255xd. I have a screw that has fell out and I went to reinstall it and found that the fiberglass is stripped out behind the screw. Do any fiber glass guys recommend how to fix it? My plan is to get a bolt and nut combo to run all the way though, but if there is a way to fill and it be strong enough to hold again I will entertain that fix.
I would just go with the bolt and nut combo, however if I wanted to use the factory screw then I would use JB Weld Marie Weld to fill hole and then drill it out for the screw.

In a pinch, take a small zip tie or a couple of small zip ties and cut them to fit and stuff them into the screw hole then put the screw in. The zip ties will fill the gap and give the screw purchase.
I can attest that the JB marine weld is really great stuff. I used them to secure thread adapters in the swim step that I used to mount my V block devices to. It goes off quickly and when cured is white in color.
