Well...... SH*T - spark plug fail

I've broken extractors too and never been able to drill one. If you end up pulling the head you can probably knock it out from the other side.

That really sucks man, sorry this is such a struggle.
 
I seems attempting to get it out is going to be more damaging then pulling the head.

That cannot be easily done without removing the engine from the boat.
 
Man that is disheartening.

What about drilling it out with something like this? Might be just as frustrating to fish out of the cylinder though.

Or using a router with an extra long end-mill? But i think those might max out around 4” in length.

Right on @3 green tornados. Add an extension to the appropriate one. Center it by using PVC pipe or whatever to guide it.
