What the heck????

Upper Chesapeake bay surface at 85-87, and I thought that was awfully warm. You can grow some really nasty pathogens at 97 degrees, brain eating aomebas and what not :eek:

That's what I was wondering. What does that do to the fish? Do they survive and do they need less cooking time? ;)

The fish all head for the bottom in deeper sections. Haven't been fishing in a while...but perhaps they would come up partially cooked!
 
@Julian I'm in Clayton, NC I go to Buckhorn in Wilson because its close. Water temp there yesterday was 97. Found some shady coves though an it was a little better.
 
An I was complaining about 89....
 
What!!! I've just done a celsius conversion, you set a hot tube at 99 because that a bodies core temp, crazy…………………..:jawdrop:
