What type of grease to use on intermediate bearing housing for AR190

Is there a preferred grease gun to use?

Any grease gun will work. I have the easy lock n lube on mine. Went with Lnchett with multiple adapters just in case. Very smooth then added on Lock n Lube. Works great.

Amazon.com: Lnchett Grease Gun, Professional Pistol Grip Grease Gun with 18 Inch Flex Hose, 2 Reinforced Coupler, 7000 PSI: Automotive

Amazon.com: LockNLube Grease Gun Coupler locks onto Zerk fittings. Grease goes in, not on the machine. World's best-selling original locking grease coupler. Rated 10,000 PSI. Long-lasting rebuildable tool.: Home Improvement

Got a few of these and should be set for a while. Use it on my hubs, etc. as well. It stays in the truck hatch in my boat emergency case.

Amazon.com: Lucas Oil 10320 Marine Grease; Multi-Purpose;14 Ounce: Automotive

I have two grease guns but neither has a flex hose. Looks like good suggestions, thanks. Should hit t3n hours Friday.

I'll second getting the LockNLube coupler, it makes attachment and removal of the grease gun easy. I have torn fittings off my tractor trying to remove the gun after greasing.

I do like the one I linked to earlier (Amazon.com: LockNLube Professional Pistol-Grip Grease Gun: Home Improvement )... It is expensive but hasn't leaked once since I've bought it and comes with the LockNLube coupler.

I also did mine at the 10 hour service. I agree, check your gun. I bought a scale and tried it a couple times to verify how many pumps equated to an oz. It was roughly 35 on my gun, so that sounds right. That was a year ago, no issues since. I was not aware there were two zerk fittings on it though, I don’t recall reading that in my manual. I will double check next time. Thanks for the good info!
