Whats your Boats name?

I've name every boat I've owned. But never name any boat the same name or added II etc.

Zephyr Yearn, Reel Fun, Outta Control, T Cha....

Then 2 years ago I got my first Yamaha - that boat I named
Jackes Off FW

Then I bought a new yamaha and really wanted to name it Jacke Off Again or Jacke Off Too.... But those are long names and too close to being named in line with Jacke Off II...

So my 2015 240 LS Was named
Ditteaux.

Hopefully the next boat purchased will be when I retire and that boat will be named
Jacke Off 4 Good.... That shouldn't be too long on a 60' Hatteras. :)

Hc Svnt Dracones

Latin for "Here There Be Dragons"

I was thinking "Mokulele 'au kai". Best I can tell it translates from native Hawaiian to "Airplane of the sea".

Finally applied! IMG_3005.jpg

My AR192 is named Wet Dreams, I picked that name because.. well why not. My new 212X will be named Hyde Away. My last name is Hyde so it works well for that.

How about, "Just Wetting My Dinghy"?

I LOVE hearing all the names! We went for St. Somewhere (with a palm tree) as a reference to Jimmy Buffet, and the boat's ability to act as one of the "St. ..." islands, creating an escape from life's unending stress! We aren't on St. John, St. Thomas, or St. Croix, we are in St. Somewhere!

I had a quick question, has anyone out a "Port of ... " sticker on their Yamaha? I was wondering if it could be done with small print right above the stern rub rail?

Our boat was named In2Deep when we purchased it used in June 2013. I came up in the world of off shore sail boat racing and it was considered very bad luck to change a boats name. So we kept it...for a jet boat I always liked "spits AND swallows"

Getting vinyl this week! Gotta tweak it a little but trying to match the high output on the 2015 212x. image.jpg

My fellow Lake Wylie boater @Corey Radford went with No Proplems on his AR192. Looks great.

Picking upmy boat July 17th. Named in honor of my wife - "Runnin' Late". she is always in a hurry because shes runnin late.

If I named mine it would be "Zero Down" or "Sign and Drive".

Well, we've been going back and forth for a while but it's settled now.
"Mist ."

(Kids thought it's a "dumb" name, some friends thought people wouldn't understand it and we said "so?")

Minimal explanation: my wife is an OB/GYN... It's what paid for the boat!

Decals on order, pics to follow... :joyful:
