WTF!!!!!

7900rpm with no speed is a cavitation problem.
Not an engine performance problem
John stated the check with the feeler gauge was out of spec

No doubt.

The sealant looks good. Although we have seen reports on transom plate having leaks that are very diffifcult to see without actually popping it off, which is a bit of a pain.
Impellers are a better start, IMO.
It is always dangerous do try to diagnose these things just looking at pics, but I'm thinking these impellers are a little bit too shiny! - in fact those areas could be classic cavitation burns (pics clipped from the OP post above):

@John Mcpartland With the new impellers on the way - you will be able to start triaging it and hopefully figure out what's going on, quickly!

I know what the issue is.

Well hell... Someone open the hatch and hold down the buttons and hit the gas and lets see where it comes from!
Just keep your face clear of the plug in case the damn thing decides to be a rocket instead of a plug. Lol!

Hmmm sounds like we need yet another lawyer warning sticker. Like the jet and bodily orifice one :D

Warning...Don't defeat the safety switch intended to protect your arm from being chopped into a giant blender? and watch for the potential projectile flying out of the clean out plug hole if you do, specially with the plug installed.

My boat didn’t have enough so I added this extremely rare hard to find one.

I believe that my LX210 was missing that warning label!

Got the impellers installed on friday and was able to go out today. Success!! Everything seems to be working correctly now, with about 1200lbs of ballast and 4 adults we were able to surf no problem.

Did the old impellers look different? Worn? Any part numbers?

Congrats all is working well.

They looked perfect. I'm guessing when I was on the sand bar they bent very slightly, just enough to work ok but once I added any weight they didn't work.

@John Mcpartland So glad it all worked out for you, these boats are pretty nice when everything is working!
Thanks for the update.

The 6CW used in the 190's is the same size OD but has more over lap in the blades, better for high elevation.
What impellers are you using? We have a 2016 AR240 and do 90% of our boating up at Pineview.

Call either South Valley Motorsports or Dick's Boat Shop and they'll be able to help you. I'm using the impeller out of the 190 series (6CW) impeller, and it's been pitched by Impros.
