B.O.A.T. = Break Out Another Thousand

A FiSH just ain't a FiSH without a Garmin 741sx, Airmar P79 transducer, Standard Horizon 1700 VHF radio with Shakespear antenna. Then gotta have a 300' anchor rode, auto inflatable PFD's, bigger fenders with longer dock lines and a Yamaha cover. The Mrs bought an umbrella to fit one of the rod holders so she can sip her tea in comfort. Should be down to oil and filters now. :)

Admittedly, I am: a perfectionist, anally rententive, and slightly OCD. Anything that is off bugs me and it is easy to get the mod bug.

The wiring, battery, trailer bunks, and trailer tires were genuine problems that I needed to deal with. The rest was upgrades or self inflicted requirements.

I am cut from the same cloth, perfectionist, anal retentive, and OCD LOL. Well we have nice things and keep them nice!!!

You guys are just scratching the surface. Wait until the Admiral demands the boat be wet slipped with a lift because trailering is too big of a pain. You're looking about $1.25 per pound on a hydrohoist lift and because the slip has to have room for chairs and a fridge, you wind up paying for a 32' slip for a 24' boat.

@AZDANSX230HO what part of AZ, what lake Dan-o?

@cybuch If you are asking where we boat? Lake Pleasant or Bartlett Lake for day trips, Lake Havasu & Lake Powell is where we go on the weekends - actually heading to Havasu next week.

@AZDANSX230HO ah, you guys must be on the west side. We go to Saguaro and Canyon.
