I was running my 07 sx210 on the hose this weekend and one motor had a werid sound looked down and there was a crack in the exhaust manifold so I pulled it off and now as u can see n the pic part of the water jacket wall is gone so I'm guessing I'm going to need a new head any advice is greatly appreciated

Yup, that head is toast. How many ours and was this mostly salt water
From the look at that hose clamp i would say its had a hard life
 
180 hours yes the clamp is n bad shape but over all the boat and motors are or were n good shape and yes mostly salt water
