Barneys over by Gandy has yamaha also. I was avoiding cycle springs also from the Google reviews and the info on this forum. BMC boats has good reviews on Google if it is worth the drive.
I’ve been seeing more dealers posting videos of boats showing up so they’re starting to move. I’m waiting on a 210 FSH Sport and only seen 2 dealers post a 2021 model

Myself and dozens of peeps on the board have had excellent experiences at Cycle Springs. Not sure where these bad reviews are coming from but assume that people are extremly arrogant when dealing in high dollar item sales and end up getting worse service than reasonable people.

You got this wrong. I was sold a defective boat that they refused to get Yamaha involved when they couldn't figure it out. Boat was damaged on several instances during multiple service visits for the same issue. In the process, they were extremely rude and insulted my wife, who most people will say is one of the nicest people they ever met. There are multiple people on this forum with issues with them and specifically their service department. From loose pumps to missing spark plugs. A quick forum search should yield the results. I am sure the google reviews back up have plenty more examples. They are happy to sell a boat, but it comes to a serious issue... good luck. They are now on the wrong end of a lawsuit because of their incompetence.
On the flip side, Barney's service department is outstanding. There is probably a reason they usually have a several week wait for service. The downside is they don't deal very much on the sale side. Worst case scenario, buy from Cycle and service at Barneys, but Cycle doesn't deserve anyone's business IMO.

Also their lifetime engine warranty offer holds basically no merit. They can't even provide T&Cs for it. Do not let that offer sway your purchase dealer, as it is a empty promise with nothing to stand on, and shouldn't be considered as a value proposition. Also their pre-paid maintenance program literally only covers general maintenance. Sparks plugs and oil? Great (although super over priced) Anything else, forget about it. Toss that out of the window when considering dealers too.

I hope so too, although they will probably get off the hook and Yamaha bail them out. I've been dealing with this for 3 years. I'm sure whatever happens I will be under an NDA at that point.
2021 25' Boats started arriving at my Dallas dealer. Laid eyes on a presold 252SE today, and saw my 252XE on the incoming roster. Dealer showed me the list of boats Yamaha has requested dealer payment on, which apparently means they're rolling out of the factory. He said I'll have the boat in October.
I know some here were interested in the last year's 242XE....dealer rep just brought hers in and its for sale. New boat warranty. I'm waiting for the 252XE myself.
I do not know where you are on Texas but my dealer told me that they are getting a shipment Saturday and tomorrow they will know of my 2021 210 FSH Sport is on that truck. Hoping we get 6 more weekends of mild weather here in Texas.

I called today. My 210 FSH Sport was not on the invoice but the sales rep says that Yamaha is pushing them out as fast as he has seen this year. In the meantime....still waiting....
How long have you waited? When was your order date? I placed my deposit August 4th but the dealership didnt send it to yamaha until the 18th. Getting anxious

Getting pretty tired of this game. Now when I get it I get to park it in the garage and if they ran/tested it I get to winterize it because October in Ohio means summer is long gone
