re: "Mileage apps": Actually ... yes. Barbie & I both have them on our Galaxy S4 and S5 phones. But I do not feel they are accurate.
So we really use, and rely on, an Omron Pedometer, Model HJ-112. I calibrated in to the "size" of my step. Simple to do in set up.
This photo show what it looks like, and I just clip it onto my back pocket. The mileage shown is what it recorded while I was wearing it today.
All of the mileage was recorded BEFORE Weight Watchers. If I can help further, please ask.

I plan on getting one for my wrist that tracks heart rate as well.

Do you use a step calculator on your phone? The health app on iPhone tracks your walking and running. Nike has a fitness app that tracks walking pace as well. Mileage pace is a good motivator.
My buddy and I ran a couple miles last night. I had my iPhone in my hand and he had one of those fancy gps watches... Needless to say, my iPhone said we ran about a mile less so, may be looking into @MikeyL solution or a Fitbit of some sort.

What's going to chap my bottom is if I win the total # loss category and not see a dime. LOL but I knew I had my work cut out for me when I handed $ over. Watch englewood show up and smoke us all. Hey @Big Shasta are you going to be able to make the spreadsheet while overseas?

Look in the bottom right of the spreadsheet, I added a total a couple weeks ago....you're close.

BTW, I just got to Bahrain, That airplane food isn't too bad but It's 90% carbs. Just what you need when you can't hardly move. 24 hours home airport to hotel in Bahrain. Hopefully I can sleep.

I've been a whole lot busier lately than I expected, I really signed up for this to get motivation to start running again...I just haven't gotten back into it. This week has been crazy with working early and late everyday, and on top of that, every night I've been packing and dong things to the camper to get ready to drive to Disney world tomorrow evening. I'm glad this week is over!
I haven't even been on the forum like I usually am.

I had an 18 hour workday on Tuesday and 17 on Wednesday. Is that a good excuse?
