I would like to join your club this year. I watched some of these posts last year while my weight kept going up and up. I have lost about 5 pounds in the last 2 weeks, but have at least 20 more to go to get to where I would like to be.
Part of my issue is free lunch at work. When they first introduced it I would get a little carried away with how much food I was putting on my plate. Here is this week's menu;
Monday Spicy Jack Chicken Sandwich, Potato Salad, Chips, Salad, Fruit, Chicken Tortilla Soup
Tuesday Meatloaf, Twice Baked Potatoes, Corn, Rolls, Loaded Potato Soup, Spring Mix Salad, Fruit
Wednesday Baked Fish, Chicken Tenders, Mac/Cheese, Green Beans, Caesar Salad, Chocolate Delight, Vegetable Beef
Thursday Pizza Hut
Friday Asian Wok Pepper Steak/Sweet and Sour Pork, White and Fried Rice, Egg Rolls, Chicken on a Stick.
