@Yamborghini , I started the meal replacement last Friday, thanks to your post. My meals are all liquids and are either a protein shake, a smoothie (yogurt and almond milk based), or soup in the vitamix. I am on my 6th day and I have gone from 198 to 192. I have to say this is great.

I leave for a 10 day sailing trip this Thursday and my diet will change to Rum, painkillers, oreos, and chips. Actually, I am going to try to stick to straight rum and little junk.

Talking to wife about juicing a meal but I would end up with more calories than I eat for breakfast, I can't make at lunch due to no power and have a hard time keeping it cold. That leaves dinner but it's grilling season, so I ain't replacing that with juice.
In any case, my wife told me to go buy v8 juice to replace my pop intake. I guess I was supposed to get the fruit mixed ones cuz the regular ones are disgusting! Trying to figure out something to mix with it for my juice mix but coming up short.
 
I need to get back to walking with Barbie regularly. Rain is supposed to be over today. I'll report back in once again next Tuesday.
In the meantime, I ma very impressed with everyone's significant healthier weights !

How you jumped on the full liquids is beyond me. But congrats!!!! It's going to be a rough few weeks for me, I'm staying at my dads as I'm cleaning my house out for sale. He keeps demanding I eat eat eat since he saw my diet. Lol. Unfortunately, it's southern food and not the good stuff I got out west on my vacation. I'm going to do everything in my power to stay under 300 though.

Keep up the work folks. Summer is still a month and some change off

V8 spicy is pretty good.

My eating plan has taken a nose dive these last two weeks. I'm afraid to even look at a scale
 
Weigh ins tomorrow! Lay off that pastry! I want a bear claw so bad.
