Here is how I mounted 3-in-1 transducer and head unit on my 2022 Yamaha SX 190. First time doing this and it was fairly trivial. Didn’t have to remove anything much. Had to drill one hole on the hull for cable. Let me know your thoughts!

@HoosierDaddyAR190 I've had the same exact stern saver on my SX195 (2019) for 3 years. it will hold up.
@2022SX190 Have you seen the clams from blue sea?

@usea1040 sure did. I wanted to make sure it will stick like it should. Sorry for the late reply, purposely disconnected for a couple of days.

Just a bit clean up with sandpaper but 3M took care of the rest. It is still standing strong as of today 9/3/2022.

Nice documentation. How well does the side scanning work with your mounted location? Also the 3d scanning.

I just installed this exact clam with my transducer on my 2021 SX195.

Did you use any sealant with it?

I used gasket maker on the outside of the boat part. It's been good for the last few years.
