Supercharger flutter

Hey, I have a 2023 scarab 195 with a 300 Rotax, Im having a super charger compressor surge issue, I can't figure out what it is, has anyone had this issue? Runs fine until 5500 rpm and that's when the fluttering start, if I pull the intake hose off the manifold I don't get the flutter. Doesn't seem to have any power loss but it sounds almost like it's pushing more air then what the engine wants.

I had a similar issue, whenever I would get to the higher revs, it would "flutter" and never get to full RPM. I found my hose clamp had broken at the intake. once I replaced it the problem went away. but it sounds like you already may have tried that. maybe there is a air leak further up/down the line.
