JB.net Losers Wanted

I've been following this, and silently playing along I guess, although I guess I've been passively working on it since before this started. Looks like I woulda came in 3rd! 215 in early feb - 200.6 this morning. Still going, hoping for 185 before Bimini, which will be tough with beer, err, boat season upon us! Great work all.

@Yamborghini . I tried the shake thing for breakfast a few years ago and just couldn't do it. What you say about replacing dinner makes a whole lot of sense though. I'm seriously thinking about giving that stuff a go. I've been hovering around 200 for almost a week it seems, kinda hit a rut. I work too dam hard through the day to think about replacing breakfast or lunch, but dinner...I've done it several times. I think I could pull that off pretty easily.

I've been bouncing between 200-225 for the past 6 years or so. I was 180 for 15 years before that. I'd like to be there again one day. I've done the 0-carb thing several times (my buddy is a personal trainer and he swears by it), and I love parts of it, but can't maintain long term. Right now, I don't really do anything except watch what I eat (no soft drinks at all, no fast food, and low cholesterol diet - ish), and I ride my bike to work once in awhile. (13 miles...once a month? lol. Working on more).

@veedubtek heck add 5-6 scoops. It's the low calorie count that matters. If you only added 6 you're looking at 300 calories? Big whoop! Compare that to a healthy dinner at 500. It's truly a gradual process.

I also jacked my men's one a day vitamin intake. I can't honestly say what amount I was taking but, it made me feel tremendous.

Oh and I forgot to add that 45 before I ate solid meals I would take 3000mg of CLA. Just stay close to a restroom 1 hour after your meal. It helps block fat absorption and it goes straight through you.

And you are looking pretty spiffy. Seems to me the only "solution" is for you to pull the plug and buy a Yamaha !
 
I used beer as a dinner replacement the last 2 nights. Probably not the best choice, I know. Hah.

BUT! 197.3 this morning! I about fell off the scale when I saw that.

Probably order some of that shake stuff today.
 
173.8 for me yesterday! That's right at 9lbs.

You Go @Yamborghini Good for you man. I might give the meal replacement thing a try, I've had issues with shakes before, I think I have a little soy intolerance. Nearly sharting an hour after my "Meal" was grounds for immediate dismissal of that plan. I also have a slight lactose intolerance. If I drink a glass of milk I better be near a bathroom but cheese and ice cream and stuff doesn't bother me.
